Return Policy
At Happy Little Owls, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a clear and fair 14-day return policy in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (CCR), which give you the right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it.
Conditions for Returns
Products may be returned for a refund provided they meet the following criteria:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be in unused, unopened condition with all original packaging intact.
- The tamper-evident seal must be unbroken.
- Returns must be authorised in advance (see process below).
We regret that we cannot accept returns of opened products or items not in saleable condition. This does not mean we will not refund faulty goods.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at help@happylittleowls.co.uk with your order number in the subject line. You will receive return instructions once the request is reviewed and authorised.
Important: Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted or refunded.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, please email us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, it will need to be returned under the conditions outlined above.
Refund Policy
Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Alternatively, store credit can be arranged upon request.
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will also refund any reasonable return shipping costs.
Responsibility & Liability
Happy Little Owls cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions or individual sensitivities. We strongly advise that you:
- Carefully review the product description and ingredients before purchase.
- Consult your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, taking medication, or have any health concerns.
- Do not open or consume the product unless you are confident it is suitable for you.
Return Packaging
Please pack returned items securely to prevent damage. We highly recommend obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Note: Refusing delivery of a package does not constitute a valid return. Any costs incurred as a result of a refused delivery will be the buyer’s responsibility.
